We have all helplessly watched with horror the devastating attack by Russia on Ukraine. In the latest turn of events, we are shocked to have learned that Ukrainian ballet dancers have left the stage and are taking up arms in defense of their country and democracy. ECB has decided to join in solidarity with companies and dancers around the world who have established funds to provide assistance to their fellow artists and refugees. ECB is creating its own Ukrainian Crisis Relief Fund which will be administered by Global Giving, the largest and most established international relief organization in the world.
If you would like to join us and make a donation, we will accept checks payable to Eastern Connecticut Ballet with a memo designating the donation for UCRF - Ukrainian Crisis Relief Fund. Donations will also be accepted through Paypal. We will send the money directly to Global Giving.
